Connecting with your Intuition

A fun 2-3 hour workshop of connecting with our intuition

Naturally we are always connected to our intuition but it is not often we listen to it. It’s that niggle feeling we get, that gut instinct of what is right and wrong for us.

During this workshop we will be:

•  Doing a meditation to clear our energies

• Learning how to do a Body Scan. Body Scans invites presence into your reality. Your body is always speaking to you. By scanning our bodies we will see what our body is saying and what it what’s to receive. Acknowledging any pain areas and learning how to release them

• Understanding our sensories. Some of us just having a knowing, others can see, others can feel and others can hear. Technically we all have these sensories available to us, but there are ones stronger then others

• Oracle Card Readings - using only our intuition how to read cards for ourselves and others

• Ending with a Heart connecting Meditation

What to bring:
- Pen & Paper
- Oracles card 
- Water

- Earphones

What to bring:

- Oracle/Tarot Cards (but not necessary as will have them on hand)

- There will be a sound healing meditation to end the space ✨
