This workshop is just the space to start connecting with your spirit guides.

Many years ago, I was taken on a deeper journey of connecting at a physical level with these beings. While yes, that is difficult to explain as it’s the experience one goes through… but to know and feel their support, teachings and guidance, allowed me to become more of who I am

After two workshops of connecting deeper with your physical body, understanding chakras, auras, your intuition and how this impacts your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It’s time to set the basics to connect with the etheric realms.

I journeyed through this space with my guides over years as they held space for me to understand the basic through life lessons and experiences.

In this workshop, we will be:
 Cleansing our energies - importance of having clear energy fields and chakras. How it affects our intuition and guidance paving way for our spirit guides to share wisdom
 Grounding our energies - importance of grounding. How to ground and how it changes over time.
 Protecting our energies - why do we protect our energies. Tools to protect our fields from unwanted entities

This is a practical workshop where you will be given tools to take home and do yourself in your own time 

Practical side includes:
 Learning how to use a pendulum to clear your energy field, chakras. How pendulums work
 Meditation to connect with your guides and receive information through your Clairsenses
 Feeling the ground below your feet and connecting at a deeper level with Mother Earth
 Meditation to protect your energy field and the Spirit Guides that can support you (Archangels, Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters)
 Understand your way of connecting is unique and there are many ways we experience this connection with the unseen realms

You will receive a tool kit that includes many items to support you in Grounding, Cleansing & Protecting your Energies including a pendulum to use for the activities
