Raising your Vibration

This is a lead on from the Connecting to your intuition workshop where we started to dive into our sensories and using them to practise with oracles cards and learning to speak to our bodies 

In this workshop we will start to delve into our auric field, chakra system and higher self, to deepen our understanding of our intuition and connection to all that is.

I personally have found it is good to have a basic understanding of our own energy fields and systems in order to understand our emotions and feelings and how to create shifts to raise our vibrations and feel more joy, freedom and happiness in our daily lives.

 

Topics that we will cover:

• Creating an understanding of our aura. What it is, why we have it. How to sense it. How it connects us to everything. How to cleanse our aura.
•  Basic understanding of our chakra system and its importance. How it can affect our organs, our emotions, our physical body. We will be touching on tools we can use to balance and clear our chakras
• Our Higher Self - which I also refer to as our higher knowing. This will deepen your connection to your intuition and your sensories.
• Raising your vibration with simple but powerful tools. We often make things complicated but truly it is very simple and I really can’t wait to share these 

 

After this workshop there will be a Sound Healing Session to embody and deeply connect with our higher self
